Where Psychology and Fiber-Arts Meet!


Many individuals who have journeyed on the path of recovery from trauma do not discount the importance of creativity in their healing process. Creativity comes in many forms, the form I have become closest to is the fiber-arts and it is this form which I would like to share with you. My approach to fiber-arts is generally sprinkled with Jungian interpretation and I make full use of color and texture in my creative pursuits. Enjoy!
